Grand Targhee
In desperate need of a vacation, I agreed to drive for seemingly endless hours through boring terrain to meet Matt in the middle of nowhere Wyoming where he was working. From there we headed out to the awesome little town of Jackson, WY where the scenery drastically improved. Within a few hundred yards of entering the Grand Teton National Park, we saw the most majestic moose ever. (Too bad I was driving and didn't have the camera ready.)
From Jackson we crossed into Idaho and then back into Wyoming to experience the fun little Grand Targhee ski resort. Apparently we are too spoiled to fully appreciate the 4 inches of fresh powder (dust on crust as Matt would call it,) but we still had fun. Wyoming is steep!!
