Humbolt Peak

For day two of our adventure after the sand dunes, we climbed Humbolt. This was our second attempt after being turned back by bad weather about a week before. This time we actually brought the snowshoes because there was still a ton of snow. I was an idiot, however, and forgot sunglasses. The result was snow blindness that set in right as we were getting home hours later. It's interesting to note how Max is squinting in almost all of his pictures. Smart dog.
